Initially, Neenan and Dryden aimed for 50 or 60 errors, thinking that this would be the limit, but in fact they reached 101. They assembled the errors in to seven categories: general, assessment, goal-setting, disputing, homework, working through, and self-maintenance. In dealing with each error, they explain what has gone wrong and how to put it right.
