Thus the second edition contains a chapter on congenital anomalies, that most complex of therapeutic decisions, and new or expanded sections on quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, compartment syndromes, fractures new and old, frostbite and other topics previously sidestepped or only lightly brushed.
