Some of these poems are about someone that once passed through my life. Some of these are just poems that jumped out in my head. Depending on what was going on in my life, that is what I chose to write about. Relationships over the years - however good or bad they were - and different things going on in my life. For instance, "Daddy's Hands" was written after the death of my father in August of 1989. I always keep a pen and paper close because I never know when an idea or thought will come into my head, so I make sure I am always able to write it down. All of these poems, basically, have had a large impact on my life and I want to share them with everyone. This is a collection of poetry that I have had for about twenty years.
