Mental Health Review Tribunal: Law, Practice and Procedure - Paperback

The practice and procedure of the UK's Mental Health Review Tribunal has now been substantially altered following the creation of a new First Tier Tribunal in November 2008. The new Health Education and Social Care Chamber will be comprised of three existing tribunals including the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
